Women's Hot Springs
& Yoga Retreats

Dates To Be Announced Summer 2024

Soak. Stretch. Chant. Chill.

Come soak in the sacred waters, detox from stress and technology, connect with a deeper part of yourself, make new friends and return home with more joy, spaciousness and ease.

Named as “one of the best yoga retreats in New Mexico”, these women’s gatherings overflow with goodness to inspire and nourish your soul. There will be healing hot springs, gentle yoga, labyrinth meditations, chanting, free time, sisterhood and FUN!

We’ll gather at the Mothership Yoga Lounge (named one of the Best Yoga Studios in NM), a beautifully-transformed 100-year-old adobe church in downtown Truth or Consequences just a short walking distance to all of the art galleries, coffee shops and quirkiness this town has to offer.

Each retreat will begin at 6pm on Thursday and end at noon on Sunday. Space is very limited so please register ASAP to reserve your spot. Come alone or with friends! See below for details on what’s included and how to register.

What's Included:

Soaking

Soaking

A profound letting go occurs when soaking in these ancient, sacred waters. The natural heat, purity, and minerals (with no smell) makes it easy to slow down and breathe deep. It is true medicine for the body and soul. We'll share sisterhood soaks in our spacious and private Crystal Waterfall tub.

Yoga & Chanting

Yoga & Chanting

Daily yoga and chanting are designed to make your body, mind and spirit feel energized and relaxed. Yoga will focus on alignment and breathing for all experience levels. Easy-to-learn chanting will invite joy and heart-opening while bringing our voices and intentions together.

Labyrinth

Labyrinth

We're fortunate to have our very own Mothership labyrinth, where we will gather for walking meditations. This labyrinth, oriented toward Turtle mountain, is a reminder to take it slow. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has only one way in and one way out, allowing for complete surrender.

Food & Other Activities

Food & Other Activities

We'll enjoy delicious daily breakfasts and two community dinners together. Snacks and tea will be available throughout the day. There'll also be potent sisterhood ceremonies; a silent walk along the Rio Grande; a creative and inspiring art project; and plenty of free time to relax and explore town.

Dates, Cost & Lodging

Upcoming retreat dates are: Feb. 8-11, 2024 and March 7-10, 2024. February and March retreats include an Art Hop in town on Saturday night. The cost is $888 per person. Most meals are included; lodging is not included (see below for lodging options). SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED SO BE SURE TO REGISTER ASAP TO SAVE YOUR SPOT. Payment is non-refundable, however it is transferable to another person in case you aren’t able to make it at the last minute.

Please choose your own lodging. Mothership Airbnbs, which all include private hot springs soaking, are available on a first-come-first-serve basis (contact us directly if interested). Other places that we recommend, which also include soaking and are a short walking distance to the Mothership include: Sierra Grande Lodge & Spa, Firewater Lodge, and Riverbend Hot Springs.

Questions & Registration:

To register please send an email to shayna@mothershipyogalounge.com and include the following information: your full name, address, phone number, retreat date, dietary restrictions, where you’ll be staying, yoga experience, if you’re coming with anyone, and what you’re most looking forward to about this gathering. A waiver and payment instructions will be sent upon confirmation that there is still space available for the retreat you are inquiring about. As the date gets closer you will be sent a full schedule with other details about what to bring, how to book massages, tarot readings, local restaurants, and more. Transportation

The Albuquerque and El Paso airports are both an easy 2-hour drive to Truth or Consequences. Book flights and rental cars ASAP for best fares. It’s an adventure to get to this middle-of-nowhere spot, but it’s sooo worth it when you arrive!
