This magical New Mexico retreat will overflow with goodness to inspire and nourish your soul. There will be healing hot springs, gentle yoga, delicious food, labyrinth meditations, chanting, nature walks, free time, sisterhood and FUN! Come soak in the sacred waters, detox from stress and technology, connect with a deeper part of yourself, and return home with more joy, spaciousness and ease.
We will gather at the Mothership Yoga Lounge (named as one of the Top 10 Yoga Studios in NM), a beautifully-transformed 100-year-old adobe church in downtown Truth or Consequences just a short walking distance to all of the art galleries, coffee shops and quirkiness this town has to offer. Co-owner Shayna Turner has been facilitating women’s gatherings here for over 10 years. She still marvels at how each person gets exactly what they need.
A couple of testimonials from past retreats: “This weekend was one of the most transformative, memorable and soul-nourishing experiences of my life! I highly recommend for deep retreat and recharging.” Another said, “I felt safe and free of judgement.”
Due to the latest CDC requirements, vaccines will be required for all participants, as we will be gathering indoors without masks, eating, practicing yoga, chanting and soaking together.
The next retreat will be February 9-12, 2023. It will begin at 6pm on Thursday and end at noon on Sunday. Space is very limited so please register ASAP to reserve your spot. See below for details on what’s included and how to register.
Thanks so much and I can’t wait to be together soon!!
What's Included:
Soaking
A profound letting go occurs when soaking in these ancient, sacred waters. The natural heat, purity, and minerals (with no smell) makes it easy to slow down and breathe deep. It is true medicine for the body and soul. We'll share sisterhood soaks in our spacious and private Crystal Waterfall tub.
Yoga & Chanting
Daily yoga and chanting are designed to make your body, mind and spirit feel energized and relaxed. Yoga will focus on alignment and breathing for all experience levels. Easy-to-learn chanting will invite joy and heart-opening while bringing our voices and intentions together.
Food & Community
We'll enjoy daily breakfasts and one community dinner together. Meals are healthy, delicious and made with love. All dietary restrictions will be accommodated. Snacks and tea will be available throughout the day and you can BYOB to our Friday night dinner.
Ceremony
A walking tour of the town's historic bath house district and art galleries will be offered; as well as an easy hike alongside the Rio Grande; a creative and inspiring art-making session; a labyrinth walk and meditation; opening and closing circles; plus plenty of free time for walking around town, journaling, or relaxing in hammocks. Each retreat is different and always offers surprises.
